What is SAIOP?

SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) is a comprehensive treatment program designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but don't require 24-hour residential care. This program provides intensive therapeutic services while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities such as work, school, or family commitments.

Our SAIOP program combines evidence-based treatment approaches with a supportive community environment to help you achieve lasting recovery from substance abuse and mental health challenges.

SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) is a comprehensive treatment program designed for individuals who need intensive support while maintaining their daily responsibilities. This evidence-based program provides structured therapy and support services to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery from substance use disorders and mental health challenges.

Our SAIOP program combines individual therapy, group counseling, educational sessions, and case management services to provide a holistic approach to recovery. The program is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate work and family schedules while providing the intensive support needed for successful recovery.

Najah Presley serves as Co-Founder and Clinical Director, providing expert clinical oversight and ensuring the highest standards of care for all clients. With advanced training in mental health and substance abuse treatment, Najah leads the clinical team in delivering evidence-based, culturally competent services that honor the dignity and unique needs of each individual.

Brittany Hargrove

MS LCSW LCAS-A

Clinical Supervisor

Brittany Hargrove is the Clinical Supervisor at Open Arms Treatment Center, holding a Master of Science degree and licensed as both a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). She provides clinical supervision, ensures quality assurance, and supports the therapeutic team in delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed care to clients on their recovery journey.
